Discrimination Overview
Discrimination is defined as any situation in which an employee is treated differently or unfairly based on their membership in a protected class. In Massachusetts, the protected classes as defined by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) are as follows:

Children (specifically discrimination due to the presence of lead paint)
