Grade and Comment Report

  1. Select the class and reports tab within the PowerTeacher gradebook.
  2. Double click on the Final Grade and Comment Report
  3. You can keep almost all the default settings, however:
    • you should change it so the report only shows the grade and comment (we don't use points or percents)
    • you should select the current trimester
  4. Click on the "Run Report" button. This will create a pdf you can open or save, and then print or email to a colleague.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for each class.
