What is Proficient

Use standards to guide instruction and rethink how we evaluate student understanding. To continue these efforts more concrete with what is "proficient" at  each grade level and subject area and how we communicate that to parents, students, and the community at large. valid (is measuring what you want it to) and reliable (is the measure consistent)
