Grading-What to do? 
add teacher expected level with each assessment?
rubrics for each level of depth of understanding?
use words not numbers-level of complexity-weight using words
complexity & independence

CUE-sorts depth of understanding-teacher expected score
4 levels-complexity & independence...weight each assessment...agreement & communicated to parents
4=target or ceiling?...opportunity to demonstrated advanced

simple...moderate...complex
